JERGENS: “BEAUTY OF INSPIRATION”

A two year partnership with Real Simple, InStyle, Essence, People, and People En Espanol, Jergens tasked the brands to launch its Pinterest page while inspiring women and providing them with seasonal solutions that make a make a “Beautiful Difference” in the way their skin looks and feels.

Celebrity stylist, Kate Young, was enlisted as the spokesperson for the campaign to provide seasonal fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends and create Pinterest-style “inspiration boards” for each brand (31 advertorials total). The creatives highlighted the season’s biggest trends and her inspirations (from colors and fabrics to clothing, accessories and Jergens products). Approvals/rights to feature additional brands/trademarks in the creative were secured.

The 8-month campaign ran across all titles via print and digital with a custom QR code taking readers to the digital inspiration boards on Pinterest.com where they were able to pin Kate’s inspirations to their own.

 

Jergens Pinterest Page & Social

Jergens Pinterest Page launched with Kate Young’s inspiration boards. The artistic images lived on Jergens.com with a description from Kate about why she drew inspiration from the items. Social posts from Kate and Jergens amplified the creative and drove traffic to the brand’s Pinterest page.
